My Life
I spent my formative years in the rural setting of Eastern Jackson County, Missouri, where the principles of hard work and the significance of family were instilled in me by my parents. Over 30 years ago, I married the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. Together, we've built a family with four children and are now proud grandparents to eight grandchildren. Our home is in a tranquil area south of St. Joseph, MO. It's not just a residence but a carefully designed space where our extended family gathers frequently, and our grandchildren have ample room to run and play.

Throughout my professional journey, I have had the honor of spearheading transformative growth for various organizations. Angie, my wife of 33 years, is a retired Kindergarten teacher with 27 years of dedicated service to education. Following a stroke in 2022, she chose early retirement. Her commitment to the classroom and countless students earned recognition from Congressman Sam Graves on the floor of Congress. Now, she's wholeheartedly devoted to her eight grandchildren, whom she loves more than anything in this world.

We have four wonderful children and three bonus Daughters – Ashley is our oldest, followed by Mathew (Raquel), then Jeremy (Jessica), and Jarett (Payton).

We are blessed with eight grandchildren. Meric, Calvin, Carter (Ashley), Ava, Otto, Renner (Matt and Raquel), and Maddox, Harper (Jeremy and Jessica)

We adore our pets. Bridgett is a 7-year-old rescue Cocker Spaniel and Copper is our 1-year-old cat. They are best friends, and you rarely find Angie without Bridgett at her side. We also have four granddogs and one grandcat that visit often.

Angie and I love to take care of our property, tend our garden, plant flowers, and cook outdoors. We love to watch the grandkids play on our 4-wheelers or the many swings and slides. When we get a chance, we love to take a drive on the backroads in our Corvette.

We love to travel when we can. Angie and I have had great experiences on long weekend getaways and more. We have visited Nashville, Phoenix, Waco, Orlando, Honolulu, Gulf Shores, Pensacola, Sarasota, and more. We are looking forward to more adventures in the coming years.
